Marshall, Texas, December 2, 2025. Nomadar (NASDAQ: NOMA), a U.S.-based company operating at the intersection of sports, technology, tourism, and health, announced today a recent international project in Manta, Ecuador, in collaboration with HOPE Foundation and with the technical support of Cadiz Club de Fútbol, as part of the Company´s expansion strategy for its High Performance Training (“HPT”) Program. The initiative, conducted between November 15th – November 30th, aimed to identify young Ecuadorian football talent and provide them with real growth opportunities through a high-level training experience.
The HPT Program is Nomadar’s flagship international development platform, built to connect young athletes worldwide with elite training environments, professional coaching, and long-term pathways within the global football community. The program integrates physical performance, technical training, methodology transfer, and personal development. Through partnerships with clubs such as Cádiz CF and organizations like HOPE Foundation, the HPT Program expands Nomadar’s mission of fostering international mobility, cross-cultural learning, and professional opportunities for young players.

During the two-week program, two Cadiz CF coaches and Nomadar personnel were on the ground in Manta overseeing training sessions and matches, with the objective of selecting eight players who will take part in a unique development experience in Spain. A total of 10 training sessions were held, including evaluation games and competitive matches, involving nearly 900 young Ecuadorian players aged 8 to 20.
In addition to talent identification, the project facilitated the sharing of Cadiz CF’s methodology and training philosophy with local coaches, strengthening knowledge transfer and contributing to sports development in the region.
The eight selected players will travel to Cadiz, Spain in February 2026, where they will immerse themselves in the day-to-day environment of a Cadiz CF academy player: high-level training, integration with youth teams, and first-hand exposure to the club’s sporting culture. The full experience will be coordinated by Nomadar’s HPT Program.
For Nomadar, this project embodies the essence of its mission: building bridges between talent, education, and global opportunities, enabling young people from different countries to access transformative experiences within professional football.
Ngendi Ngu Samuel, Founder of HOPE Foundation, stated:
“Seeing the H.O.P.E. Global Draft come to life alongside Cadiz CF has been one of the most meaningful moments of my career. Watching our young players train with Cadiz coaches, who treated them with professionalism and genuine confidence, felt like a new beginning for Ecuador. This project proves that talent only needs an opportunity. I am deeply proud of what we have achieved and grateful for the doors that are now opening for our children.”
Pablo Sánchez, Head of the International Department for Nomadar, added:
“At Nomadar, we firmly believe in the power soccer has to transform lives. Our project in Manta in conjunction with HOPE Foundation sought to identify more than talent—we want to help young players pursue their dreams.
“We share with HOPE Foundation a commitment to values, to doing things the right way, and to using sport to shape people. In this country, we took another step together toward a future full of opportunities.”
With this initiative, Nomadar reinforces its leadership in international talent development programs, consolidating its commitment to supporting young players and generating positive impact in their communities through sport.
